SRN Transportation Programs

  • SRN provides transportation and transportation resources to adults age 60+ in Davidson County, Tennessee.

  • We are now offering a variety of programs based on the various needs of older adults in our community. You can scroll below to see the program options we have available.

  • Our capacity is limited by driver availability and financial resources, so we may not be enrolling all programs at the current time. Click on the program(s) you are interested to learn more and see if we are enrolling people.

Ride relief program

If you are in need of immediate transportation, the SRN Ride Relief Program is currently available for Davidson County residents age 60+. This program uses discounted ride vouchers using Lyft Pass. We will provide two $10 passes to help you reach your destination and return home. This is a limited use program and not meant to serve as regular transportation.

You must have a Lyft account to use this service. Complete the form below and we will send the passes directly to your Lyft account within 2 business days of receiving your completed request. You will receive a text from Lyft once your passes are available to use.
